Precept Bible Study of I Thessalonians

A Precept Upon Precept Bible Study of I Thessalonians will be offered at Coronado Baptist Church on Wednesday mornings, beginning Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at 8:30 AM. The class will be taught by Susan Jeans. Each class will last between 2 and 2 1/2 hours. For information, please call the church office at 584-3912.
This Precept study of I Thessalonians is subtitled Blameless at His Coming. Dating back to about AD 50/51, Paul's letter to the Thessalonians is one of the most ancient of Christian documents in existence. In it, Paul addresses and corrects misconceptions about the return of Christ, and urges believers to "excel still more" as he sets out the principles of exemplary Christian living, so that we will be "blameless at His coming."
